Revenue Dashboard
An internal revenue analytics dashboard designed to aggregate and visualize revenue data from multiple platforms used by the application owner.
Purpose of the Application
This web application is an internal revenue analytics dashboard designed to aggregate and visualize revenue data from multiple platforms used by the application owner.
The dashboard connects to external services such as Stripe and Google APIs (YouTube Analytics / AdSense) to retrieve revenue-related metrics and transaction information. The application collects this data in order to display consolidated revenue reports and analytics in a single interface.
The primary purpose of the application is to:
- View revenue generated from multiple platforms in one place
- Analyze revenue trends over time
- Break down earnings by source (for example Stripe products, Substack subscriptions, YouTube revenue, etc.)
- Generate financial summaries and reports for internal business analysis
The application is intended for use only by the application administrator and is not a public-facing consumer product.
Google user data accessed through Google APIs is used solely for the purpose of retrieving YouTube revenue analytics. This data is displayed within the dashboard to help the administrator monitor and analyze channel earnings. The application does not share Google user data with third parties.
No user-facing features depend on Google data, and the application does not use Google data for advertising, marketing, or profiling.
The application stores only the minimal required revenue metrics necessary to generate reports and analytics within the dashboard.
